    Features

    • The machine is equipped with PLC and touch screen and designed specially to insert irregular components on PCBA, and applicable components include but not limited to × capacitor,pin header,etc.
    • Bulk components are lined up and fed by a vibrating disk to specified positions and are inserted on PCBA after pins-cutting and forming; belted components are fed by a special feeding device to clamping station for pins- cutting and forming and are clamped by mechanical arms for insertion.
