Features
- The machine is designed specially to screw triodes (MOS tubes)on radiators automatically.
- A rotary disk is equipped and works cooperatively with stations to finish the whole process,radiators are placed on fixtures manually firstly,tubed triodes (MOS) are lined up and fed automatically and then coated by the heat conducting oil after pins are cut and formed, processed triodes are clamped and positioned on radiators for screwing automatically,one radiator can be screwed with several triodes(MOS) at different stations, and screwed products are conveyed by a special small conveyor belt at last.
- Different dies can be installed to process different radiators,and one radiator is screwed with 3 triodes (MoS) at most in general, but more stations can be customized for locking more screws on one radiator.
- The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen for precise control.
- Separators position components precisely to keep high stability and get a higher qualified rate.
- lt can substitute for several workers based on its high automation, and so it is widely used by factories producing power supplies.
