- The equipment is designed specially to screw triodes(MOS tubes)on radiators automatically.
- The equipment adopis the working principle of turntable high-precision separato al ctions are divided in order, the divided into the following two types:
（1）(1)Transistor nut radiatorlocking: The rut automatcally is fed by wibrating pae-Manipulator grabs the fxture of automatic feeding on the turntabl--Tube or loose triodes automatcally foming and shearsarangement.A_utomalicfeding on the nut in the fixtur-Apply radiato ol.Place the radiator on the triode---The screw automatically feeds and locks---After locking the product, take out the product by manipulator.And so on and so on.
（2）(2)Transistor ut-free radiator locking:Radiator is placed on fixtur--Tube triode(MOS)islined up and fed automatcall--After cutting formring and apply radiato ol, proc.ssed tiodes are clamped and posltioned on radiator for locking automatically,one radiator can be locked with several trides(MOS) t difrent station----After locking the product, take out the product by manipulator.And so on and so on. - Allocking actions are completed automalically.Different dies can be intalld to process diferent radiators, and one radiator is screwed with ticdes(MOS) at most in general,but more stations can be customized for locking more screws on one radiator.
