    Features

    • The machine is designed specially for sleeving, pins cutting and forming of bulk or belted tubular fuses,and can sleeve heat shrinkable tube on tubular fuses or Teflon tube on both pins or sleeve both types of tubes together.
    • Aspecial vibrating disk is equipped to feed bulk tubular fuses automatically.
    • Automation process: cut belts (or feed bulk tubular fuses)- clamp tubular fuses - line up pins - sleeve tubes on fuses- tubes shrink- sleeve Teflon tubes on pins - form - cut pins - discharge.
    • Belted components are fed by special gears automatically, and bulk components by a vibrating disk.
    • Replaceable forming dies are easy to install, remove and replace.
    • The mechanical transmission structure and durable imported cams (guaranteed for 10 years) are used to guarantee that the machine works with high stability and precision.
    • The machine is featured by its frame made from Aluminum profile, compact structure and smaller dimension, and processing rate:1500 pcs/hour at best.
